Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, pre-order items and sale items may be considered final sale unless stated otherwise.

Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

 

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
